Refunds & Exchanges

 

We will accept refund and exchanges for damaged items if reported within 24hr from the date of your delivery/collection.

This does not included non food items which can be returned or exchanged 14 days from the date purchase.

 

Please note that perishable items and items of quick expiry are not included.

For refund and exchange must taken to are high street store for processing, we will not arrange collection of these items.

 

 

Missing Delivery Items

 

Please be aware that some items might be missing from your delivery. Unfortunatly those items are currently not instock and we will automatically refund back to your card all items missing from your delivery.

We process all refunds the same day as your delivery, banks can take between 3-5 days to show this on your bank statement.
